1. What are your contact details? 

You are able to get in touch via email; info@sensorytoys4u.co.uk or by post using the following address:

Please note that office hours at our warehouse above are from 9.00 am - 5.00 pm.

We recommend that you email at info@sensorytoys4u.co.uk us if you wish to contact us outside of those hours. 

2. Where is my order?

SENsory Toys4U Ltd operate a large and fast moving warehouse within the UK. Our postage cut off time is 4pm. With this in mind, we aim to have your order dispatched the same day as it is placed (if received by us before 4pm) or next day (if receieved by us after 4pm). 

If we haven’t got your item in stock, we will get it ordered directly from our supplier(s) but this may delay your order by a couple of days. Anything outside of those SLA’s, we will email you and keep you updated

Once your goods leave the warehouse, your order will be in the hands of DPD Local, ParcelForce or Hermes UK. Before you contact us, please read on to see if these guidelines can help you: 

I have chosen Standard, Delivery......

Your goods are being handled by any three of the above.

Standard Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days after your order has been processed and you have received your shipping confirmation.

Express Delivery normally takes 1-3 working days after your order has been processed and you have received your shipping confirmation.

Next Day Delivery will be with you the next day (Monday-Friday) as long as you have placed your order with us by 2pm.

3. My order is damaged or broken?

Upon receipt, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can arrange the returns process for you.

Please note that you have 7 days to do this.

If the packaging is damaged when you receive your goods, please keep it as we may need it if the postal service requests evidence of damage.

4. I have received the wrong goods? 

Whilst we take the upmost care in packaging your goods, there are occasions where we may accidentally send out the wrong item.

It doesn't happen very often but when it does we ask you to contact us immediately so that we can arrange the returns process for you.

Please note that you have 14 days to do this. 

5. How can I pay? 

We are proud to accept all major debit and credit cards using our secure payment system.

We also accept payment via a PayPal account & ClearPay.

Schools & professional organisations are welcome to use Proforma Invoices.

You can choose your preferred method as you checkout. 

6. Do you accept Public Sector Purchase Orders?

We do, yes.

You can set up an invoice account with us and pay by card or BACS where you can subsequently email or mail your official purchase order to us.

For SENsory Toys4U Ltd to process your order, we require a purchase order number, invoice, delivery address details, telephone number and email address. We have a 14 day payment term.

Please email your order to info@sensorytoys4u.co.uk or enter your order number when checking out on the website.

We will forward a VAT invoice to you by email once your order has been processed.
